2017 Auditor First time in the food industry, hardworking and treats everything in the company as if it were his own.
2018 Assistant Production Director First time to quote the bag-feeding automatic packaging machine and laser coding, instead of manual bagging and manual coding, laying a good foundation for the company's automation.
2019 Production Center Plant No. 3 and Plant No. 4 Management Workshop was awarded "Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop in Hunan Province".

From the initial auditor, step by step, I grew up to be the assistant production director, and then to the current production plant manager, along the way, I got too much support and help from the company's leadership and coworkers.
During the eight years in Golden Mill, I have personally experienced every aspect of the food processing industry. Fromunderstanding the basic process flow, to mastering lean production management and 6S on-site management, to familiarizing myself with the ISO quality management system, I have taken every step solidly and firmly. These experiences not only let me make great progress in my profession, but also let me learn how to lead a team and how to solve practical problems at work.
