R & D Base
The company has built its own R&D and testing center of more than 1,100 square meters, equipped with more than 100 sets of high-end equipments, and a fully functional laboratory with more than 100 indexes testing capability.

Dr. Jiang Liwen, the chief expert of R&D of Golden Mill, has presided over 5 national and provincial scientific research projects, and successively won 3 Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Awards and Technical Invention Awards; presided over the formulation of or participated in the formulation of 2 local standards in Hunan Province, and has obtained 10 national invention patents; now he is an expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and an expert of the Natural Science Foundation of Tianjin, Zhejiang and Beijing, and a member of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, an expert of China's bean products industry (publication), and an editorial board member of China Brewing Magazine. The company has cooperated with equipment manufacturers to improve a variety of production equipment and developed a number of production technologies independently. The company owns a number of patented technologies for key processes such as slice molding, automated mixing and seasoning, and sterilization water recycling. The production process used by the company follows the self-developed process map, and reasonably controls the temperature, pressure, water content and other indicators of the product manufacturing process, which greatly improves the utilization rate of raw materials and the stability of taste and flavor.
