I am very fortunate to be a member of the Golden Mill family. Looking back, my encounter with Gold Mill is undoubtedly the brightest chapter in my career. 

Before joining Gold Mill, I worked for a large state-owned enterprise for eight years. At that time, my job was stable and comfortable, but the repetitive work day in and day out gradually wore away my initial passion and dreams. I thought my life was going to be so dull and uneventful. Until one day, the sudden nationwide layoffs became the opportunity to turn my life around. 

 In 2018, with the courage of the unknown and the desire for challenges, I 
stepped into into into the Golden Mill. Because there were no client resources across the industry, everything had to start from scratch. I am clear that it is a difficult path, but I believe more than anything else that challenges and opportunities exist side by side. 

 With unremitting efforts and hard work, I was able to achieve my goal. In the first year, with the full support of Lu Region and other colleagues, by the end of 2019, I managed to increase the sales of super products in Northwest Region from 200,000 to 4.4 million, with a growth rate of 2,100%, and achieved the first place in national sales. With the outstanding performance, in May 2020, I was promoted to the Northwest Region Manager of Supercommercial Products; in 2022, I became the Northwest Region Manager of Quantitative Packaging; in 2023, I was in charge of the whole series of Quantitative Packaging and Bulk Weighing products in the Northwest Region; in 2024, I led the colleagues in the Northwest to get the honor of the National Sales Champion. 

 In just a few years at Golden Mill, I have been promoted continuously, and I 
have to say that I am lucky. I know that all these achievements can not be 
separated from the broad stage and cultivation provided by the company, and cannot be separated from the careful guidance and encouragement of Luo Dong, Mr. Yang, Director Chen and other leaders. I am truly grateful to the company, it is here that I found a sense of belonging and a sense of mission, so that I realized the transformation from ordinary to excellence. For me, Golden Mill is not just a place to work, it is more like my second home, and I am proud to be a part of this home. In the future, I will continue to be grateful, follow the footsteps of the company, do my job well, contribute all my strength to the development of the company, and grow together with the company.
