Responsibilities:
1. Product planning and strategy formulation ① Conduct market research and analyze user needs to ensure that products are closely aligned with market trends. Formulate product strategy, define product positioning and development direction, and create value for the company.
2. Team Coordination and Communication and Cooperation ① Cross-departmental communication and coordination, integration of resources, to ensure the smooth progress of product development. Establish good relations with external partners to promote the success of cooperation projects.
3. User Requirements and Product Management ① In-depth understanding of user needs, collection and analysis of user feedback, and continuous optimization of product experience. Manage product requirements and work closely with the development team to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet user expectations.
4, market promotion and user growth. Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve product visibility and customer satisfaction. Analyze user data and formulate optimization strategies to promote user growth and activity.
Conditions of employment:
1. Major in marketing, more than 3-5 years experience in snack product management;
2, familiar with product development management process; Have the ability to formulate promotion strategies and output promotion programs;
3, has a wealth of product management, promotion project management and marketing experience, with market planning, organization, execution ability;
4. Have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate efficiently with users, development and business departments, have strong organization and coordination skills, be positive and cheerful;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and professionalism, strong team management experience, Master Kong, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Wangwang, Qiaqia and other product management experience is preferred.
