Responsibilities:
1. Understand and carry out daily work in strict accordance with the company's sales policies and procedures, be familiar with the company and products, and fully understand the selling points of products;
2. According to the company's requirements to do a good job in regional customer development, channel expansion, product promotion and terminal construction and other related sales work;
3. Do a good job in the management of regional customer purchase, sale and storage, and immediately solve the problems existing in customers; Establish a good customer relationship with customers and their teams;
4. In-depth investigation and grasp the regional market competition, channel information and analysis, report to the department and take effective measures;
5. Complete the company's KPI assessment indicators on time according to quality and quantity, and complete the company's and department's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
6. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, and immediately complete the relevant work assigned by departments and leaders.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than three years working experience in food industry (non-rest food industry experience is acceptable), more than one year working experience in the same position;
2. Be familiar with the regional market, have the ability to independently develop the market and operate various sales channels, and have corresponding channel resources and customer resources;
3. With dealer management and maintenance experience;
