On the morning of March 18, at the scene of the incident reported by "Laotan Sauerkraut"-Zaiqi Town, Huarong County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, an emergency mobilization meeting on the standardized development of Huarong mustard and the "Year of Quality Construction Improvement" was being held. The production facilities and equipment, the products and raw materials involved have been sealed up, the relevant sauerkraut package (instant noodles) has been removed from the shelves, and the enterprise has issued a product recall announcement.

The rectification of the incident site can be described as vigorous. However, it is unknown whether it is too late to mend the fold after the sheep is lost. You know, food is the most important thing for the people, and food safety is always a red line that cannot be hurt or touched. How many well-known brands have fallen into the sand on this issue, some have made a comeback and won back the trust of consumers, while others have collapsed and withdrawn from the market forever.

On the other hand, for the entire food industry and local governments other than "Laotan sauerkraut", I am afraid that they cannot hold the mentality of "eating melons" to watch the excitement, but should be vigilant and take active actions to find problems.
